This policy applies to subscriptions bought from [Company name (Pty) Ltd], registration number [number]. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders.
If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, monthly or yearly.
Renewals and payments made more than 14 days ago are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Open Billing → Manage subscription, or email [support email] with your workspace name and the email used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
