Privacy Policy

Draft for review. Company name, registration number and Information Officer details still need to be completed before launch.

[Company name (Pty) Ltd] is the responsible party for personal information processed through Call Insight Hub, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Account details (name, email, organisation, contact number), call recordings and the review data you add, agent names you type or upload, and technical data such as IP address and browser used to sign in.

Why we process it

To provide call reviews and reports, to secure your account, to bill you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers that may be located outside South Africa, under safeguards that meet POPIA section 72. Recordings are kept in private storage and opened only with short-lived links.

AI-assisted scoring (optional)

If your workspace switches on AI-assisted scoring, a recording is sent to a third-party AI service for transcription and scoring suggestions only when a reviewer clicks the button — never automatically. Recordings and transcripts are not used to train AI models. Transcripts are stored in private storage with the same access rules as your calls, and are permanently deleted when the call is deleted. Workspace administrators confirm they have a lawful basis and have given notice for recording and processing calls before switching this on.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. You can export or permanently delete your workspace data from Settings at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, or complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Contact our Information Officer: [name, email].
